Feature Requests

The current app UX is very disappointing and feels outdated—closer to a product from 20 years ago than a modern hardware wallet companion. Please take inspiration from apps like Tangem, Ryder, Cuvex, OneKey, and others. These apps are far ahead in terms of usability, design, and overall user experience. Cypherock urgently needs a more modern, intuitive, and polished app to stay competitive.

As a user I want to be able to use biometrics instead of a password to log into the CySync Android/iOS app.

When transferring funds from a regulated exchange to a cold wallet in the EU, we now have to prove ownership of the address for tracking purposes. That’s because of a somewhat recent law that was passed. One popular way to do that is through message signing. 3rd party provides a unique message that we need to sign using our wallet, thus proving that we control that wallet. Would be nice if cySync was able to support such functionality. In short: a text field as input where we can copy/paste the challenge. A label with a copy to clipboard option as output. On that displays the signed challenge.

Como usuario me gustaría que se pudiesen configurar diferentes Usuarios y contraseñas en la aplicación (también en la app movil) y dentro de estos poder configurar que billeteras queremos mostrar para ese usuario y contraseña. Eso sería muy útil para la privacidad si no queremos mostrar por alguna razón todas nuestras carteras a un tercero o por ejemplo para un ataque de llave inglesa.

The ability to view Bitcoin UTXOs and select which UTXOs to send would be super helpful - and necessary to prevent loss due to BTC dust. Alternatively, an integration with Sparrow Wallet could achieve the same thing.
